A growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Director Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering projects in the UK. This role involves developing client relationships, managing projects across diverse sectors, and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience, a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, and Chartered Engineer status. This permanent position offers a salary up to £78,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in structural engineering, ideally in consultancy.
• Proven track record delivering structural design solutions.
• Experience with a variety of sectors including residential and commercial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen client relationships in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead project teams.
• Prepare and review structural calculations and specifications.
• Approve work produced by junior engineers to ensure compliance.
