Job summary

ICE Recruit is representing a busy multidisciplinary consultancy in London seeking an Associate Director of Structural engineering. The role demands Chartered status (MIStructE or MICE) and a UK degree, with at least 10 years of UK experience across refurbishment and recladding projects.

You will lead projects across multiple sectors, mentor staff and support client relationships and business development. Hybrid working is available after probation, alongside a competitive salary and benefits

Qualifications

• Chartered status required (MIStructE or MICE).
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a UK university.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a range of projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial, leisure and hospitality.
• Provide technical leadership and client relationship support.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
