Job summary

Mainstream Hertfordshire consultancy is seeking an Associate Director (Structural Engineer) to lead a growing team in the head office. You will combine technical excellence with commercial acumen to drive design delivery and client liaison on high-value projects.

Candidates must be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE, with extensive UK consultancy experience in structural design, project delivery and team leadership.

Job description

Mainstream Hertfordshire consultancy requires an Associate Director (Structural Engineer) to join the head office as it continues to expand.

Candidates will need to be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE and must have extensive structural engineering design, project and team-running experience gained in UK consultancy. They should be both technical and commercial and be capable of running, expanding and motivating an existing team.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new-build and refurbishment developments with project values up to £150million with a current bias towards Developer-led residential phased developments.
