Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Director to join our growing Pay Equity & Transparency team within our Reward practice. In this role, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of reward matters, ensuring their compensation practices are competitive, effective, and compliant with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. You will work on diverse client projects, collaborating with colleagues and leveraging and developing your expertise in reward strategy, job evaluation, pay equity analysis, gender pay gap reporting, and more.

The Pay Equity & Transparency team supports clients on reward matters. As part of this growing team, your responsibilities include:

  1. Client Project Delivery: designing reward strategies, policies, and processes; conducting job evaluations; analyzing pay data for gender pay gaps; developing communication and governance frameworks; delivering presentations and training.
  2. Business Development: supporting proposals and client pitches; building client relationships.
  3. Research and Thought Leadership: staying updated on market trends; contributing to thought leadership; mentoring junior team members.

  • Proven experience in Reward consulting or similar, with strong understanding of compensation principles.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, reward policies, and EU pay legislation.
  • Experience with gender pay gap analysis and pay equity.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with international compensation practices and diverse client industries.
