Job Title: Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

Location: Birmingham city centre (hybrid working arrangement)

Salary: Up to £75,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + excellent private sector benefits package.

Must be MRICS qualified, with a prove background in a consultancy environment.

Due to success in their southern offices, they are looking to expand this service line in the Midlands.

Role Responsibilities

• Spearhead the expansion of the Birmingham office, developing new clients relationships, strengthening client connections and establishing a strong local presence.
• Execute high-quality quantity surveying services across diverse projects, ensuring excellence from inception to completion.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work in close coordination with both Birmingham and London teams to maintain streamlined service delivery and mutual success.

Person Specification

• MRICS qualified with a proven background in a consultancy environment, delivering in a variety of sectors.
• Business development success and proven ability to develop business relationships.
