Qualifications

• Significant experience in infrastructure, utilities, energy, civils, or major programmes.
• Strong Quantity Surveying and commercial management expertise.
• Extensive NEC contract experience.
• MRICS qualification is required.
• Experience working in consultancy or client-side environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in complex delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantity surveying and commercial management across major National Grid Great Grid Upgrade packages.
• Support a key client delivering one of the UK\'s largest energy transition programmes.
• Manage project delivery across the North West region from North Wales to Carlisle.
• Lead, mentor, and develop commercial and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
• Drive commercial strategy and governance within NEC contracts.
• Support business development and regional growth initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of commercial governance, reporting, and risk management.
• Contribute to framework growth and future project opportunities.
