They seek a talented Associate Director with a strong qualitative background to play an instrumental role in the agency. This role is broad and varied. You will take the lead on the qualitative side of the business, working on and leading projects, managing a small team, and building strong and lasting relationships with clients. You will be involved in all aspects, making a genuine impact, and your voice will be heard.

This is a small, agile team working across various methodologies (qual, quant, traditional, innovative) to understand dynamic audiences. You will have opportunities to explore methodological innovations to see whether they stand up to established methods in delivering valuable insights. Although we are looking for a qualitative specialist, as the team conducts both qualitative and quantitative studies, you will have the chance to get involved with mixed-method projects integrating findings to enable clients to act.
