Job summary

Autolus Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Operational Analytics to design and maintain analytical capabilities that underpin end-to-end operations. You will integrate data, process maps, capacity models and financial information to support decision-making across Manufacturing, Testing, Supply Chain, Quality and MSAT.

This is a modelling-focused role rather than traditional reporting. Lead the development of enterprise operating models, capacity planning and analytics frameworks,

Qualifications

• Strong experience in operational analytics, BI, modelling or operational excellence.
• Advanced Excel with complex modelling and scenario analysis.
• Experience with Python, R or similar tools to analyse large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve the enterprise operating model.
• Build capacity models for manufacturing, testing and logistics.
• Create simulation models to evaluate process changes and tech implementations.
• Provide analytical support for strategic and operational business cases.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to quantify benefits.
