Job summary
Autolus is a biopharmaceutical company advancing therapies across clinical and commercial stages. The Associate Director, Operational Analytics & Modelling will develop and maintain the enterprise operating model, building capacity and simulation models to support strategic decisions in Manufacturing, Testing, Supply Chain and Quality.
You will lead data analytics across MES, LIMS, ERP and planning tools, translating insights into business cases, investment decisions and long‑term capacity
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science or related field.
- Strong experience in operational analytics, BI, and process modelling.
- Advanced Excel with complex modelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.
- Experience with Python or R for large data analysis.
- Ability to translate analyses into actionable business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise operating model and capacity models.
- Build simulations to evaluate process changes and automation opportunities.
- Create analytical datasets and visualisations to support decision‑making.
- Provide cost‑benefit analyses and support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance and functions to validate assumptions and quantify benefits.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Testing, Supply Chain, MSAT and Engineering.
