Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare consulting, or a related field.
• Exposure to operating model, organisational design, transformation, commercial effectiveness, or change-related projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges.
• Experience supporting project workstreams and contributing to client deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
