Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Senior and Associate Cost Managers to join the MEP Real Estate teams across London, Cambridge, Newcastle and Scotland, supporting growth of the Real Estate sector. The role offers opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and masterplans while contributing to client success.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering cost management/quantity surveying across full lifecycle.
Qualified (RICS or equivalent) or working towards.

Responsibilities

Lead cost consultancy activities including feasibility estimating, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation and post-contract management.
Promote a safe and secure working environment and uphold company values.
Foster team engagement, collaboration and high performance.
Drive performance standards through communication, coaching and reviews.
Contribute to a range of projects requiring technical evaluation and problem solving.
Provide technical guidance to team members on project matters.
Clarify project scope, roles and responsibilities to enable delivery.
Oversee service delivery to achieve high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
