Job summary
WSP Bristol is seeking an Associate Director to lead and shape mechanical, electrical and public health projects. You will steer design teams, manage client relationships, and demonstrate where personal input won or delivered commissions.
The role requires cross-sector experience, UK/European regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and supervise detailed designs to meet delivery needs.
Qualifications
- Experience leading MEP projects with a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of UK/European regulations applicable to the discipline in project execution.
- Proficient with Revit MEP and AutoCAD to allocate/direction of work on projects.
- Ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead in a joint leadership capacity within the MEP discipline team and provide design and technical advice.
- Supervise detailed designs and the work of others in this function.
- Direct feasibility studies and resource planning for projects.
- Review design programmes to ensure sufficient resources are available to complete works.
- Interpret client needs and align project delivery with multidisciplinary requirements.
