Job summary

Lanpro is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Landscape Architecture team, coordinating multidisciplinary projects and driving design excellence. You will nurture client relationships, oversee delivery across infrastructure, energy and development schemes, and help grow Lanpro’s landscape architecture capabilities.

We value Chartered membership (CMLI) and strong technical leadership, with a track record of managing budgets, programmes and teams.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualification in Landscape Architecture (PGDip/Master) and Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
• Significant post-chartership experience in a consultancy environment and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client relationship development, bid input, and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design and delivery across sectors with a focus on quality, programme and budget.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance and quality assurance.
• Develop client relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to bids and tenders.
