Job summary

Praxis is a leading independent provider of private wealth and corporate administration in Jersey. The Associate Director will provide technical and relationship leadership within the Jersey Corporate & Funds team, overseeing complex fund and corporate clients with a focus on Jersey Private Funds and real estate structures.

The postholder will develop colleagues, grow profitable client relationships and support the team’s performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive Jersey fund administration experience.
• Strong governance and regulatory knowledge.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop client relationships and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Jersey Corporate & Funds team.
• Oversee complex fund and corporate clients.
• Manage governance, reporting and client onboarding.
• Support business development and client pitches.
