Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director–level Estimating professional to strengthen our UK estimating team. You will lead the production of cost estimates and cost plans for major projects and programmes, collaborating with clients and other consultants across infrastructure sectors.

You will mentor staff, drive estimating best practices, and play a key role in bid wins and client relationships to support growth in the UK market.

Qualifications

Proven Estimating Management experience.
Qualified to high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience.
Experience of working with estimating software packages.
Desirable membership of RICS / CIOB / AACE.
Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects, especially in the Infrastructure sector (rail, airports, power, highways).

Responsabilités

Leading or managing the production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects/programmes.
Develop estimating best practice within Turner & Townsend and support bid activity.
Interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
Staff management and developing team capability.
Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities with existing and new clients.
