Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an Associate Director - Architect to lead and grow its housing team across the South West and Wales. The role combines design leadership with strategic oversight, focusing on securing work, developing client relationships and delivering high-quality residential and housing-led mixed-use schemes.

You will work with senior leadership to shape the practice's strategy, strengthen market position, and drive sustainable, people-centred design across a diverse project portfolio.

• Proven experience delivering high-quality residential and housing-led projects.
• Strong track record in winning work and developing client relationships.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing established teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the housing team across the South West and Wales.
• Identify, pursue and secure new residential projects and opportunities.
