Job summary

SYSTRA in Birmingham is seeking an Associate or Associate Director to advance engineering design capability, develop client relationships, and grow the infrastructure team.

The role is based in Birmingham with hybrid working and occasional home-based days. You will lead multi-disciplinary traffic, highways and infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• A relevant engineering degree with substantial design consultancy experience.
• Chartered Engineer ICE or CIHT preferred.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and partner with professionals.

Responsibilities

• Function as Project Manager/Director for transport infrastructure projects.
• Project manage schemes with budgets and timelines.
• Lead staff in outline, preliminary and detailed design phases.
