Job summary

Cycle Pharmaceuticals Ltd. seeks an Associate Director of Supply Chain based in Cambridge with a hybrid work arrangement (minimum 3 days in the office).

You will lead the global supply chain, shape strategy, and oversee relationships with contract manufacturers, logistics providers and serialization partners to ensure reliable product supply. You will drive end-to-end planning, budgeting and governance, while collaborating with Regulatory, QA, Commercial and Finance to enable growth and ensure

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in SCM, Operations, or Life Sciences.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain experience with outsourced networks.
• Collaborative leadership across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory, and manufacturing scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned to commercial priorities and product launches.
• Lead S&OP process and align forecasts with supplier capacity and inventory policy.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain: demand planning, inventory, manufacturing scheduling and distribution.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, packaging providers, logistics partners and serialization suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement, KPI governance, and data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee annual supply chain budget and cost-optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards across the network.
