Cycle Pharmaceuticals in Cambridge, UK is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate, Labelling to support day-to-day labelling across the product portfolio and ensure clear, compliant product information. You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs and external partners to deliver accurate labelling changes for

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs, labelling or artwork creation (1+ year).
  • Familiarity with regulatory agencies such as US FDA and MHRA; other regulators helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the preparation, review and maintenance of product labelling and artwork, including labels, cartons, leaflets, artwork files and print proofs.
  • Coordinate labelling updates across Cycle’s portfolio, focusing on US requirements and UK/MHRA considerations.
  • Review labelling materials for accuracy, consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Support regulatory submissions by preparing, checking and maintaining labelling-related documentation.
  • Manage version control, approval tracking and record keeping for labelling and artwork.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Product Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Project Management and external partners to ensure changes are delivered on time.
