Cycle Pharmaceuticals in Cambridge, UK is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate, Labelling to support day-to-day labelling across the product portfolio and ensure clear, compliant product information. This is a full-time role based on a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the Cambridge office, offering £37,000–£42,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs and external partners to deliver accurate labelling changes for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, labelling or artwork creation (1+ year).
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies such as US FDA and MHRA; other regulators helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation, review and maintenance of product labelling and artwork, including labels, cartons, leaflets, artwork files and print proofs.
• Coordinate labelling updates across Cycle’s portfolio, focusing on US requirements and UK/MHRA considerations.
• Review labelling materials for accuracy, consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Support regulatory submissions by preparing, checking and maintaining labelling-related documentation.
• Manage version control, approval tracking and record keeping for labelling and artwork.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Product Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Project Management and external partners to ensure changes are delivered on time.
