Job summary

Cycle Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Cambridge seeks an Associate Director of Supply Chain to lead our supply chain function on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days in the office. You will shape our global supply chain strategy, manage external partners, and drive cost-effective, compliant product supply for patients.

The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, reporting to the COO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned to commercial priorities, product launches, lifecycle management and growth ambitions.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations on supply priorities, inventory trade-offs, supplier performance and escalation requirements for informed decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain including demand/supply planning, inventory, scheduling, distribution and product availability.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align forecasts with demand, inventory and capacity; identify and mitigate emerging risks.
• Define and maintain inventory policies and supply strategies balancing availability, resilience and working capital.
• Set meaningful supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement using data.
• Support new product introductions and growth initiatives with scalable, compliant supply solutions.
• Own the annual Supply Chain budget, improve efficiency, reduce costs and ensure regulatory compliance.
