Position Overview

The GLS team in London and Dublin manages pricing, structuring, and documenting loan facilities, including underwriting, marketing, and distribution in primary and secondary markets, as well as maintaining agency relationships.

The Associate Director will collaborate with senior bankers, develop market relationships, and oversee daily loan agency processes internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with relevant parties to respond to RFPs
• Provide transaction analysis and opinions to banking/GRM
• Act as main contact with customers, counsel, and market counterparties
• Build and maintain market network for intelligence sourcing
• Coordinate with counsel and market on loan documentation and standards
• Assist with pricing, structuring, marketing, and reporting of loan syndications
• Manage agency, syndication, and trading tracking using Syndtrak, debtdomain, Loantrak

Qualifications

• Strong credit background
• Knowledge of loan documentation

• Sales experience is a plus
