Position & Team Overview/Highlights:

The GLS team collaborates with banking teams in London and Dublin on pricing, structuring, and documenting loan facilities, including underwriting, marketing, distribution, and managing agency relationships.

The Associate Director will engage with senior bankers, develop market relationships, and manage loan agency processes internally and externally.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with relevant parties to respond to RFPs.
• Provide transaction analysis and opinions.
• Serve as the primary interface with clients, counsel, and market counterparties.
• Maintain market networks for intelligence sourcing.
• Collaborate on loan documentation and advise on market standards.
• Assist with pricing, structuring, marketing, and reporting of syndications.
