Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking an Associate Director to lead FP&A engagements for fast-growing growth and scale-up businesses. You will combine client advisory with business development, manage a portfolio of clients, and guide a developing FP&A team to deliver strategic forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights.

You will work with senior stakeholders, craft financial models, and drive opportunities for expanding the FP&A offering, while upholding the firm's standards and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong accounting and commercial finance background required.
• Track record in business development and winning new work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of FP&A engagements.
• Lead complex FP&A projects and deliver high-quality insights.
• Drive growth of the FP&A proposition through new business opportunities.
• Support development of the FP&A team and ensure client outcomes.
