Job summary

Brewer Morris is recruiting an Associate Director to lead FP&A engagements for fast-growing clients in the Manchester area. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and insightful performance analysis to support client decision-making.

You will combine hands-on delivery with strategic business development, building relationships, and expanding the FP&A offering. A strong accounting background and ACCA/ACA are essential.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong accounting and commercial finance background.
• Proven business development and track record in winning new work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with FP&A tools experience.

We're partnering with a growing professional services firm to recruit an experienced Associate Director to play a key role in the expansion of its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) offering.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining strategic client advisory work with business development and team leadership. You'll work with ambitious scale-up and growth businesses, helping them make smarter decisions through high-quality forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, performance reporting, and strategic insight.

As a senior leader within the team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, lead complex FP&A engagements, and drive the growth of the proposition by identifying and converting new business opportunities. You'll also support the development of an expanding FP&A team, ensuring excellent client outcomes, strong commercial performance, and alignment with firm-wide standards and objectives.
