Associate Director / Director of Project Management – London

This role is based in London, UK, with a mid-sized, multi-award-winning commercial consultancy known for its innovative approach to project delivery within London's office market. Due to ongoing success and growth, they are expanding their team and seeking an experienced Project Manager at the Associate Director level, specializing in landlord CAT A+ office fit-out, to lead this service offering and business unit.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join the central London office and focus on advancing their investor sector projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Management: Overseeing projects from initial client engagement and design through to delivery, managing complex redevelopment and fit-out projects valued between £500,000 and £10 million.
• Business Development: Leveraging existing relationships and networking to grow the business, engaging with landlord and investor clients, and promoting the service offerings.
• Team Management: Hiring, mentoring, and managing a dedicated project management team, and developing business strategies, reporting to the executive team.

Requirements:

• MRICS / MAPM qualification with a BSc in Project Management.
