Role Overview

We are working with a mid-sized, multi award-winning commercial consultancy in London’s office market, seeking an Associate Director / Director of Project Management with experience in landlord CAT A+ office fit-out to lead this service line and business unit.

Remuneration & Benefits

Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Manage complex investor-side redevelopment, asset repositioning, and CAT A+ office fit-out projects (£500,000 - £10 million).
2. Business Development: Grow the business through networking and engaging landlord/investor clients.
3. Team Management: Hire, mentor, and manage a project management team, and report to the executive team on service line strategy.

Candidate Requirements

• MRICS / MAPM qualified with a BSc in Project Management.
• 10+ years managing 360 projects in investor/landlord CAT A+ and occupier CAT B sectors.
• Proven client engagement and business development skills.
• Experience or desire to grow and manage a team.
• Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities.
• Personality: Fun, social, ambitious, commercially astute.
