Job summary

Moody’s Investors Service in Greater London seeks a senior customer engagement professional to drive adoption and long-term value across the Banking Solutions portfolio. You will develop deep understanding of customer objectives and usage across Risk, Finance, Lending, KYC and Data solutions, and build engagement plans to grow adoption and strengthen relationships.

As a trusted advisor, you will present solutions, capture feedback for product teams and collaborate with Sales to manage account

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking and financial services workflows.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and translate requirements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption, engagement and long-term value realization across Moody’s Banking Solutions portfolio.
• Develop understanding of customer objectives and usage of Risk, Finance, Lending, KYC and Data solutions.
• Build and execute customer engagement plans to increase adoption and expand solution usage.
• Partner with Sales to manage account health, engagement risk and client retention strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor with industry insights and best practices.
• Communicate solution value via demonstrations and strategic discussions.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product and research teams.
• Support executive outreach, user groups and webinars.
• Develop customer references and case studies highlighting outcomes.
• Additional language skills, particularly French, are desirable.
