Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking an Associate Director to lead complex, high‑value projects for leading property developers. You will drive research, establish robust processes, and deliver detailed project plans while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders across residential, commercial and mixed‑use schemes.

The role requires experience on £20m+ projects, professional qualification in a related field, and strong governance through reporting, liaison and risk management.

Qualifications

Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
Experience with working on projects of £20m++.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, where applicable.

Responsibilities

Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking.
Establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable.
Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators.
Track and document changes.
Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
Liaise with the client, contractors and designers; attend meetings and draft minutes.
