AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate / Associate Director Civil Pipeline Engineer to lead civil pipeline teams on complex UK and international projects within a collaborative, growth‑minded culture. Hybrid working is offered across multiple offices.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale Civil Pipeline design projects in consultancy environments.
Ability to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Expert knowledge of pipeline engineering across the asset lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of UK/international design standards and CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Civil Pipeline engineering teams on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Manage development and delivery of Civil Pipeline design outputs within time and budget.
Oversee production, review and approval of technical deliverables (reports, drawings, calculations).
Provide technical leadership across the regional and national practice.
Develop Civil Pipeline capability through mentoring and guidance.
Act as technical advisor, supporting clients and bid proposals.
Ensure safety and CDM compliance across UK and international projects.
