Job summary

WSP in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate or Associate Director Civil Engineer (Water) to lead design delivery within the Regulated Water Asset Design team. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure projects meet budget and schedule, and build strong relationships with water clients in the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Chartered status or progression toward ICE/CIWEM preferred.
• Experience leading civil engineering design teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of project delivery including health and safety, technical quality, schedule and budget.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams across projects.
• Shape service delivery and identify opportunities to leverage wider WSP capabilities.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure outcomes and satisfaction.
• Contribute to innovative approaches, digital products and Net Zero initiatives.
• Mentor graduates and support professional development of engineers.
