Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Bristol is seeking an Associate Director of Building Surveying to lead a full range of Building Surveying duties within a vibrant multidisciplinary team.

You will combine hands-on technical delivery with business development, client engagement and mentoring of the survey team, supporting major clients across healthcare, education, residential, defence, commercial and infrastructure sectors as part of our Buildings and Places discipline in the Southwest and Wales markets.

Qualifications

• To hold a relevant construction qualification and be a professional member of a recognised professional institution i.e. MRICS/FRICS.
• Track record of generating and developing opportunities and winning new work.
• Ability to manage a project lifecycle from inception to handover.
• Experience delivering consultancy services within Building Surveying and Consultancy Services market.

• Mentor and develop the surveying team.
• Contribute to strategic business plans and growth in the region.
