Savills in Birmingham is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Building & Project Consultancy team. You will drive delivery across commercial and residential assets, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to grow market presence.

As a senior member, you’ll shape strategy, mentor colleagues and contribute to regional and national growth. You will blend high-quality technical surveying work with business development and leadership, helping Savills expand its Midlands

Job description

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Birmingham Building & Project Consultancy team, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a leading role in the continued expansion of our regional business.

Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential property assets, you will lead the delivery of a wide range of building surveying services while developing and strengthening relationships with key clients. As a senior member of the team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue, winning new instructions and identifying opportunities to grow our market presence.

Beyond project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of our Building Consultancy offering in the Midlands. Leveraging both existing relationships and new business opportunities, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Savills to drive strategic growth, enhance our client service offering and raise the profile of the team regionally and nationally. Alongside this, you will mentor and support junior colleagues, helping to develop the next generation of talent within the business.
