Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

About the Role:

A leading global real estate services firm is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Account Management (Key Clients) to join its high-performing EMEA Client Program team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the City of London office. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in client relationship management, business development, and strategic account management.

As a key team member, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with select key clients, working closely with stakeholders across EMEA to identify growth opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a proactive, commercially aware, and relationship-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across EMEA to integrate the company’s service lines for a seamless client experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, driving revenue growth and service expansion.
  • Lead and coordinate matrix teams to support client decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance client engagement and account performance.
  • Monitor and report on key client activities, performance metrics, and business opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration across the go-to-market teams to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and drive new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive client-focused solutions.
  • A degree in real estate, management, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the real estate or professional services industry is advantageous.
