About Your Role

As an Associate Director based in our London office, you will provide technical leadership to our design teams, leveraging your knowledge and skills to deliver quality work on time and within budget. You will lead design teams, mentor junior members, and support project delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and lead the development of highways, infrastructure, and urban regeneration master planning projects.
2. Develop and nurture excellent relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
3. Display strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving both independently and collaboratively.
4. Manage and execute projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
5. Lead infrastructure design across the civil engineering project portfolio.
6. Apply extensive knowledge and experience in delivering highway and drainage designs for S278/S38 approvals under the Highways Act 1980, and S104/S106/S116/S185 agreements.
