Candidate Requirements:

• Experience at Associate Director level or similar within a design or technical consultancy
• Existing relationships with housebuilders and a proven ability to secure new residential projects
• Strong technical and planning knowledge across all RIBA stages
• Experience leading teams and delivering residential schemes at scale
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Residential-led or volume housing experience is essential
