An established insight consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to lead FMCG consumer research. A blend of custom-built technology and insight expertise helps this well-established Insight Consultancy assist their global FMCG client base in improving products and understanding consumer journeys. Working with many of the world’s largest FMCG companies, they deliver insights to support consumer experience, new product development, and shopper understanding.
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will lead all aspects of the research process, building strong partnerships with your portfolio of top brand clients. Focused on providing value-added insights and superior storytelling with strategic recommendations, you will help clients in high-level decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to impress and inform.
To apply, you should be a confident, experienced researcher operating at Research Manager or Associate Director level within a consumer research agency.
