What You’ll Do

As a senior member of the Regional Leadership Team, you'll:

  • Lead and embed a culture of continuous quality improvement across sites in the East Region
  • Collaborate with Site Leaders and the Managing Director to support care excellence and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and oversee regional Quality Improvement plans and clinical governance systems
  • Provide expert leadership in infection prevention and control, patient safety, and risk management
  • Drive engagement through learning from incidents and sharing best practice
  • Act as Line Manager to the Regional Quality Improvement Lead

Location of the role:

Remote with regular travel across the East Region of England, therefore the succesful applicant must reside inside this area geographically.

What We’re Looking For

  • A current NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Significant senior clinical leadership experience in hospital, residential, or community settings
  • Specialist expertise in areas such as older adults, learning disabilities, mental health, or complex care
  • Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and coach others in improvement techniques
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region, with occasional overnight stays
