BIMM University is seeking an Associate Dean of Digital Education to lead the strategic direction of digital learning, teaching and assessment. You will work from the Provost's Office to embed cutting-edge educational technology, AI, and inclusive learning practices across BIMM’s curricula.
You’ll transform institutional strategy into practical improvements, lead a capable Digital Learning Team, and collaborate with academic and professional services to deliver high-quality student experiences.
Location: Manchester
Salary: £49,920 – £65,520 per annum

As Associate Dean of Digital Education, you will provide strategic leadership for the University's approach to digital learning, teaching and assessment. Working within the Provost's Office, you will help shape institutional priorities and support the effective use of learning technologies and AI across our provision.
You’ll work closely with academic leaders and professional services teams to embed effective digital practices, strengthen staff capability and support the development of inclusive learning experiences that enhance student success. You’ll also lead the Digital Learning Team, ensuring the University continues to develop and deliver approaches that are evidence-informed, practical and aligned with our wider academic goals.
The postholder can be based at any of BIMM University’s nine campuses.
