Job summary

CDP is seeking an Associate Sales Director for Data and Channels in London to drive growth across strategic partners, consultants, vendors and stock exchange channels. You will lead a team, shape sales strategy and manage key client relationships to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with CDP’s mission.

The role requires senior sales experience in sustainability data, strong negotiation and forecasting skills, and a collaborative, values-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Senior and demonstrable experience in business development and sales within the sustainability sector.
• Experience in EMEA essential, APAC desirable.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in one or more local languages would be a plus.
• Education: Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
• Lead a nimble team of salespeople and mentor career development.
• Manage client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential customers.
• Conduct license and contract negotiations, understanding core use cases of CDP data.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasting discipline, with accurate Dynamics 365 data.
