In this position, you will be part of the Private Credit Investment team in London with responsibilities across all aspects of direct lending investing, including sourcing, due diligence, execution, and ongoing monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Investment due diligence including review of diligence reports, interviewing industry experts, and attending management meetings and site visits
• Financial analysis including detailed LBO modelling and scenario testing
• Preparation of investment memoranda and participation in Investment Committee discussions
• Portfolio management activities including monitoring portfolio performance and assessing waiver and amendment requests
• Assist senior investment team members in building relationships with sponsors and other external parties

What we expect

• Between 3-5 years (Associate level) of relevant work experience in a buyside investment role in private credit or private equity, management consulting, investment banking (leveraged finance, M&A), or transaction services
• Strong oral and written English skills
• Other languages such as Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish would be a strong plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an excellent academic record
