About the role:
  • Investor Reporting & Analysis:

    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of quarterly and annual investor reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse data for investor communications.

  • Due Diligence Support:

    • Provide technical and quantitative support during the due diligence process for prospective investors.

    • Assist in the preparation of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and other investor-related materials.

  • Investor Queries & Relationship Management:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely and detailed responses.

    • Maintain and update investor records, tracking engagement and feedback.

  • Ad Hoc Reporting & Performance Analysis:

    • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by investors or internal stakeholders.

    • Monitor and report on fund performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.

About you:
  • Education & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    • CAIA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.

  • Experience:

    • 3-4 years of experience in investor relations, private credit, asset management, or a related financial services field.

    • Strong understanding of private credit markets and alternative investments.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced financial modelling skills.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and investor reporting tools.

  • Communication & Analytical Skills:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
