Chadwick Nott is seeking an Employment Associate to join a respected national law firm in Exeter. The role requires 4+ years of PQE and offers hybrid working with a competitive salary package.

You will manage a varied caseload, including tribunal matters, HR issues, drafting, and due diligence across sectors, with strong opportunities for development and national collaboration.

Location: Exeter

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with some hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £65,000 to £85,000

A respected national law firm is seeking an Employment Associate with 4+ years' PQE to join its growing Employment team in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, ambitious and nationally recognised practice, handling a broad mix of contentious and non contentious employment work.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of employment matters, including:

• Employment tribunal litigation and advocacy preparation
• Advising employer clients on HR issues including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy
