Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Consultant, Global Pricing and Access is responsible for delivering client consultancy projects, managing project analytics, data, and tools via platforms like Pricentric and PriceRight, and providing tailored insights and research. The role ensures timely delivery of high-quality client projects that meet value expectations.

As a consultant, you will support research and lead analysis on topics such as pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing, HTAs, and more. Applicants should have experience leading client analyses, identifying client needs, implementing data-driven solutions, and managing team workloads. This is a home-office based, full-time position, ideally located in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain, and you must be legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the design, development, and delivery of client analyses and reports.
• Presenting findings to clients and ensuring client satisfaction post-delivery.
• Using business experience to identify strategic solutions and add value.
• Developing intellectual property for future use.
• Expanding knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets.
• Maintaining high quality and attention to detail, with strong English communication skills.
• Creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.

Job Expectations

• Travel approximately 25%, including international travel.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• B.S./B.A. in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Ability to lead projects and demonstrate accountability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and market research.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and make recommendations.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH).
• Experience in International Pricing, Market Access, analytics, or modeling.
• Over 1 year of management consulting experience.
