Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on construction and engineering disputes across sectors such as infrastructure, commercial developments, and residential projects.
• Drafting correspondence, advice notes, pleadings, and submissions in litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings.
• Working closely with clients' technical and commercial teams to develop case strategies.
• Liaising with expert witnesses, barristers, and consultants to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Assisting with business development initiatives to enhance the team's market presence.
