Madison Berkeley has been instructed by a modern and forward-thinking commercial property management specialist currently experiencing a strong period of growth following recent investment. You'll join an experienced and professional team of surveyors managing a host of enviable clients, along with trophy office and retail space in Central London.

We are seeking an experienced commercial property manager with significant client-facing experience. You will take the lead on a major account; stakeholder management and reporting will be key responsibilities. Leadership skills are required to manage and coordinate junior surveyors, ensuring value-add results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a mixed-use commercial portfolio, including trophy buildings.
• Lead property management, asset management, and maintenance tasks.
• Provide team leadership, mentorship, and oversee performance.
• Handle financial reporting, budgets, service charges, and rent collections.
• Support lease negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
• Advise clients on asset management strategies, value-add opportunities, and act as the primary contact.

This role requires an experienced individual with strong client-facing skills. You will have autonomy to grow client accounts, with career progression a priority for senior leadership.
