Madison Berkeley has been instructed by a modern and forward-thinking commercial property management specialist currently experiencing a strong period of growth following recent investment. You'll be joining an experienced and professional team of surveyors managing a host of enviable clients, along with trophy office and retail space in Central London.

We are looking for an experienced commercial property manager with significant client-facing experience. You'll be taking the lead on a major account; therefore, stakeholder management and reporting will be focal points of this role. Team management and leadership skills will be required to manage and coordinate junior surveyors within the team, ensuring value-add results are achieved for the clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of a mixed-use commercial portfolio, including trophy buildings.
• Lead all property management, asset management, and maintenance tasks.
• Team leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight.
• Financial reporting and responsibility for budgets, service charges, and rent collections.
• Support lease negotiations, including rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Advise clients on asset management strategies, value-add opportunities, and act as the primary point of contact.
