Madison Berkeley has been instructed by a modern and forward-thinking commercial property management specialist currently experiencing a strong period of growth following recent investment. You'll be joining an experienced and professional team of surveyors managing a host of enviable clients, along with trophy office and retail space in Central London.
We are looking for an experienced commercial property manager with significant client-facing experience. You'll be taking the lead on a major account; therefore, stakeholder management and reporting will be focal points of this role. Team management and leadership skills will be required to manage and coordinate junior surveyors within the team, ensuring value-add results are achieved for the clients.
