Connect Legal Partners in Leeds is seeking a senior associate to join its commercial team. You will handle day-to-day matters for regional clients and major outsourcings and multinational projects.
Key duties include drafting strategic agreements and supply chain contracts for manufacturing and industrial clients, advising on corporate and real estate deals, and contributing to business development and mentoring junior colleagues. Flexible hybrid working is available.
Formación
- 2-6 years PQE in contract law in private practice.
- Strong technical and drafting skills.
- Able to run several matters at once.
Responsabilidades
