B. Braun Medical Ltd. in Sheffield invites a Patient Services Coordinator - Homecare to join our Customer Care team on a fixed-term basis until April 2027 to cover maternity leave.

You will coordinate homecare services, act as central contact for patients, clinicians and internal teams, and ensure accurate records in line with procedures and service level agreements. The role is onsite with hybrid options and requires strong organisational and communication skills to deliver high-quality patient

Your Role:

We are looking for a Patient Services Coordinator - Homecare to join our Customer Care team on a fixed term basis until April 2027 to cover maternity leave in Sheffield.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams by coordinating homecare services and ensuring a high standard of customer care is delivered at all times.You’ll act as a key point of contact, managing patient services efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures and service level agreements.

Working hours

Onsite, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Location:

Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW – located just off Junction 35A of the M1. We offer free car parking.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient and customer enquiries professionally, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and sensitively
