Stantec in Oxford/Reading invites an Associate Civil Engineer to lead a diverse suite of infrastructure projects, guiding delivery from concept to construction. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with clients and authorities, and help grow the Civil Infrastructure offering across the South-East and beyond.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering civil infrastructure design projects.
• Strong knowledge of highway and drainage design.
• Experience coordinating with clients, authorities and other technical disciplines.
• Experience managing projects and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and approval of civil infrastructure projects across sectors.
• Manage project teams and coach engineers and technicians.
• Take ownership of delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget schemes.
• Review outputs for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver infrastructure designs from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with clients, utility providers and highway authorities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Stantec.
• Identify opportunities for future work and support business growth.
• Mentor the next generation of engineers and technicians.
